Main Street Village
Fremont, CA

Main Street Village provides homes and social services for 64 very low- income individuals and families. The buildings frame a large outdoor community space containing a community vegetable garden, an active play area, a multi-purpose court, a socializing area with tables, a barbecue and non-mowed turf grass.

Site Storm Water is directed into planted Retention Basins designed to clean and filter water on site as per County Water Management Ordinance and Fremont City Standards. The project received Bay-Friendly Landscape Certification and a high Green Point Building Rating.
