Rotary Bridgeway Apartments is a mixed use project with commercial spaces and 18 new accessible housing units. The residential units are located in two structures separated by common open space.

Storm water from the roofs are directed to stone lined and planted catchment swales for ground water recharging and filtering. The parking area water is directed to curb cuts and into river stone and planted catchment swales.

A common area has turf grass and paving for events and informal gatherings.
